Pls feel free to contact me
I am prepared to travel anywhere at least within the UK
I have no sti and never have had an sti. I will be able to show you my medical records and will be able to show you my family's medical records up to my grandparents on both sides. i will also be happy to get tested for std’s for your peace of mind.
im currently in the process of becoming a sperm donor on the nhs. It is a lengthy process. Ive done a lot of research into it from both sides and i now understand why women opt for private donors.
I am healthy in my lifestyle choices and genetically speaking. I have found no family history of genetic conditions (although only my mum has it, i do not). I have no allergies or medical condition. My parents did an DNA ancestry test; my mums was 50% Irish 30% Scottish and the remainder a mix of Danish, Swedish and northern English. My dads was 45% Irish 30%scottish, the rest Swedish and Norwegian. So I’m prone to sunburn
I eat healthily and I’ve been a keen runner since I was 15, ive done many marthons in the past but now i run on average 6 miles each day. I used to play rugby but just play football now.
I’m going to college this August to do a science course that will enable me to go to uni. I want to specialise in organic chemistry at uni. My academic passions also include psychology, philosophy and natural science in general. In my down time i tend to read and play online chess.
Choosing the right donor for you is a crucial first step. Health is the obvious genetic priority, but personality is a more subjective choice.
More details…
Contact with child: I dont mind. I would be happy either way, it is completley up to you.
Also I'm happy to sign any contract regarding this.
It’s obviously a big and important decision choosing the right donor. And it’s difficult to make an informed decision by going off what’s written on a website (although it’s a more informed and calculated method than most conceptions). I’m more than prepared to take the time to answer any questions you may rightly have. No matter how personal, and i will answer with complete honesty and proffesionalism.
Sperm count/quantity and quality matter. The fastest sperm out of 40 million is the one that fertilises the egg (now it’s not that simple but it’s true enough). So that sperm is the 1 in 40million. But if the sperm count is higher say 150million that sperm is 1 in 150million. Which is better, more competition is better(it also increases the chance of fertility). There’s simple ways to increase sperm count and motility. Mainly being healthy/young and also abstaning from ejaculation for a specific period. 2-7 days being the offical NHS recommendation.
In my opinion something this important, it only makes sense to try to consider everything and optimise anything within your control. And the rest is up to god, particuarly the bit where he chooses what one makes it out of 150 million.
Usually all regulated clinics use frozen sperm. Freezing sperm reduces the sperm count and motility. I understand why but it does seem counter productive if you are having a hard time with fertility. Even if you aren't having any fertility problems, its still having an effect on the sperm health and thus the baby’s health.
This is usually always the case with anything that moves further away from the natural process, it becomes less healthy. So trying to replicate the natural process (without actually having sex), should be considered the “best” method in terms or results.
The best results are often sacrificed in the name of overly cautious safety procedures, because big companies care more about getting sued and money, than they do about you.
Don’ leave it too late to have children if you want them.
